Located in Las Vegas at the Aria Hotel. As many of you guys know Vegas offers some of the best restaurants in the world so anytime I’m out there I try to take advantage and go to as many different restaurants as possible. Since I stay at the Aria Hotel most of the times I’m in Vegas I have dined at most of the restaurants inside the hotel more than a few times except for Julian Serrano so I was pretty excited to try it. After trying the variety of dishes we ordered I was a bit disappointed. The Calamari was excellent!! One of the most tender pieces of calamari I’ve tasted. Probably one of the 2 dishes that I really enjoyed.
Ahi tuna on a bed of seasoned seaweed in special sauce!! Definitely one of the better dishes!!!
Creamy Risotto with Mushrooms and Manchego!! I’ve had better tasting risotto but still pretty good!!
Chorizo with fried eggs and fried potatoes. Not too impressed. Something I could have put together.
Shrimp in garlic sauce!! Also a dish that I could have done without.
Paella!! I was really looking forward to this dish but it looks way better than it tastes. Not only was the rice a bit hard to chew but overall flavor was very disappointing!! 😦
Caviar!! The lemon filling was made with a gelatin type of texture and it went so well with the caviar. Didn’t expect it to be so good but it was so refreshing and tasty!! 😉

Seabass in special sauce!! This dish looked better than it tasted. It was way too salty for my taste. I actually couldn’t take more than two small bites before I stopped eating it. 😦

I am a big fan of Greek food. Healthy & delicious!! This cafe is very good and a healthier alternative from fast food. 😉
Located in Los Angeles I was hesitant to try this restaurant because it’s a vegan restaurant and it sounded too healthy for my taste but a friend of mine is a regular and insisted that I check it out so I thought I’d give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food tasted. I have already been back more than a few times. 😉

Located in San Jose California, this restaurant is one of the most popular Thai Restaurants in the area. My first time dining here and I wouldn’t say it’s the best Thai food I’ve had but it was good. I personally didn’t like the Pad Thai very much because of the thin noodles but the other dishes were quite yummy. Good food and the price is pretty reasonable with good portions.
Located in Los Angeles this is one of my favorite spots for cold buckwheat noodles. Perfect on a hot day. 😉
Located in Koreatown, Los Angeles. My first time trying this Restaurant after a friend of mine recommended it and I must say I was impressed. Great service and great food. Will definitely be going back soon. The cheesebreads were so addicting, I couldn’t stop eating them!!
